so yesterday I went shopping at the Destin Commons and there was an older lady walking in front of me and as she was walking past one of the stores and she stops, turns towards the long glass window of the store, fixes her hair, turns to push up her butt then continues walking. The only thing that went through my mind when I saw this was this lady is fucking awesome, she’s the senior citizen version of me.

When I tell people that I speak Spanish, they first ask me where I learned it, and then they ask is it my second language. At every job I’ve had, including this one, people ask me how come I don’t speak Spanish at work. My answer is simple, if they are going to pay me extra for speaking Spanish then I’ll do it. When I was in high school, people would ask me why I didn’t take Spanish because it would be an easy A for me. Not really because they tend to teach Mexican Spanish and yes there’s a difference. Though a majority of the words are the same for all Spanish speaking countries, there are some that differ. && when you are fluent in the Spanish language, you can look at someone and “no, I don’t speak Mexican, I speak Panamanian :D
pay day is Friday so my first day off next week, I’m going to get my hair done.
